Prices are Bed and Breakfast per person per night based on two people sharing

 

Children
Under 2 years are free 
aged 2-12 years inclusive are half the adult rate provided they share a room with two adults

Single occupancy charges @ £20.00 pppn

Check in
Guest check in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival

Departure
Guest check out is at 11:00am on the day of departure, however should you
wish to depart earlier or later please advise us to enable us to make the
necessary arrangements

Dinner Reservations
If dinner in our restaurant is required, we advise booking in advance
Reservations can be made by telephoning 01481 238731.

Special Requests
If you have any special requests (champagne, flowers, etc) please do not hesitate to call us in advance

Deposit
To secure your reservation we will require a £60.00 deposit per room
Cheques payable to Les Douvres Hotel.

Cancellation Policy
For your information our standard cancellation policy is 0-7 days prior to arrival 75% charge,
8-21 days prior to arrival 50% charge. With any cancelled accommodation that can be re-let
there will be no charge. We do recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to
cover any eventualities that may occur.
